Transaction Coordinator

Candice Cap is the Transaction Coordinator for Pasas Properties and has been on Linda's team for almost 20 years. Candice's role in the real estate transaction is to monitor contract timelines, make sure paperwork is completed by all parties, and act as a liaison between all parties to ensure a smooth transaction and closing.

When she is not busy working on files, you can most likely find Candice on her beach cruiser with her little dog Bo in her basket.
