Pasas Property Management is a locally owned property management company in San Diego with over 20 years of experience. Linda Pasas

Linda Pasas is a native of San Diego who has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She has an insider’s knowledge of the entire region, with a special emphasis on the Ocean Beach, Point Loma, and Pacific Beach areas of San Diego. Linda owns and operates Pasas Properties and Pasas Property Management.

Linda Pasas has personally sold over 2,000 homes. She started Pasas Properties and her property management business in 2006. Linda owns multiple rental properties and is an active real estate investor who enjoys helping others reap the benefits of real estate ownership. One of her biggest passions is assisting first-time home buyers. She becomes a consultant as she guides them on the home-buying journey, giving them support and knowledge so that they become more experienced and confident buyers.

During her free time, Linda enjoys getting outdoors and enjoying coastal San Diego. She is an avid paddle boarder in the waters off Mission Bay, enjoys cheering on the Padres, and finds time to sample her homemade wine in the evenings. Linda also has a passion for travel, everything from cruises to far-flung ports around the globe to southern California RV adventures. She lives in Point Loma, further cementing her as a part of this dynamic region of San Diego.
