Marika Dalesandro has been a resident of California for 40 years with 22 years as a realtor/broker with prior career experience in finance, law, computers industry, insurance as well as marketing. Marika has experience in single family homes, condos, condo conversions, PUD, co-ops, commercial buildings, multi unit apartments and mobile/manufactured homes.

She is also an experienced certified property manager specializing in furnished high end condo rentals as well as unfinished properties. She holds a California life insurance license and is a certified FINRA arbitrator in addition to her California Brokers license. She has been sales manager of several condo conversion projects as well as high rise new builds.

She is an alumni of USDA in legal office management and has successfully sold properties from Chula Vista to Vista, Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties.
