Melissa Day is a seasoned Real Estate Consultant and Real Estate Investor committed to helping people build their wealth through Real Estate Investing! Her passion is working with investors and her strength is finding investments that fit each investor’s unique goals.

Melissa has been involved in the real estate industry since graduating from USC in 1990 from the Marshall School of Business - Entrepreneur Program with a focus on real estate and marketing. From 2007-2009, she pursued 2 years of real estate investing education with Nouveau Riche (now Renatus), which included hands on trailing with successful investors in various strategies, including short sales, REO’s, land development, buy-and-hold, fix-and-flips, multifamily and capital markets.

Her focus is to bring investment opportunities in real estate to people who want to build their wealth and realize their investing goals. This includes existing properties where an investor can acquire, add value, stabilize and dispose of the asset - or opportunistic development projects to build and sell.

Melissa is a speaker, author, and mentor in this field and has taught workshops based on Robert Kiyosaki’s CASHFLOW game that teaches people about building wealth and creating passive income. In her free time, she enjoys being on the water – sailing, paddle boarding and swimming. She also loves live music and theatre.
